About this assignment
Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparing draft facility documents, including Demand Promissory Notes, Letters of Continuity, Agreements for Commercial Letters of Credit, Letters of Set-off and Lien, Deeds of Hypothecation, Buyers Credit Undertaking Agreements, Personal Guarantees, Corporate Guarantees and Working Capital Facilities Agreements. Releasing all security and facility documents for execution. 2. Monitoring stamp paper records for the above documents and ensuring compliance through legal-provided stamp duty trackers. 3. Monitoring and tracking all security-related documents, including Form 8/CHG1, Pari Passu Letters, No Dues Certificates and other documents required for security creation and completion. 4. Monitoring Insurance Policy Trackers as per the security requirements (Current Assets, Moveable Assets and Immovable Assets) of the facilities provided to borrowers. 5. Checking all Insurance Policies, ROC Search Reports and Valuation Reports and ensuring that the same are updated in the Master Tracker file for preparing monthly exception reports and further monitoring. 6. Receiving and filtering all facility and security documents, conducting preliminary checks for correct execution, preparing checklists and maintaining customer-wise files. 7. Assisting in the daily review and updation of monthly exception reports/daily deferral MIS for pending items, monitoring completion and advising seniors and the business team about upcoming exception items. 8. Updating MIS for Plant Visits, Collateral Audits, Valuation Reports, Stock Audit Reports, Multiple Banking Information, ROC Search, etc.
