Key Responsibilities • Manage daily treasury operations, bank balances, cash flow and fund transfers. • Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable and vendor payment processing. • Execute payments through banking portals, H2H systems and ISO 20022 formats. • Ensure timely statutory payments, including GST, TDS, PF, PT and ESI. • Perform bank reconciliations (BRS) and resolve payment discrepancies. • Maintain banking controls, approval matrices and payment documentation. • Coordinate with banks, vendors and internal stakeholders for payment processing. • Support internal/statutory audits and financial compliance. • Manage vendor onboarding and payment tracking under Reverse Factoring programs. • Prepare payment reports, trackers and reconciliation statements.
