About this assignment
Key Responsibilities • Prepare and regularly update cash flow statements, including estimated cash flow requirements. • Manage borrowing requirements and ensure optimum utilization of internal accruals and external borrowings. • Manage day-to-day cash flow and treasury operations to ensure adequate liquidity. • Maintain an effective balance between debt and liquid funds to optimize returns. • Develop cost and revenue models to assess financial viability, payback periods, incremental costs and project risks. • Ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations and banking requirements. • Manage banking relationships and coordinate with banks and financial institutions. • Ensure compliance with EDPMS, IDPMS, eBRC and other applicable regulatory procedures. • Develop policies and procedures for effective cash and fund management. • Manage borrowings and allocation of funds in accordance with statutory norms and regulations. • Develop and implement credit risk frameworks, policies and rating tools. • Coordinate with credit rating agencies and support achievement of credit risk objectives. • Manage export packing credit borrowings, including negotiation of interest rates. • Manage corporate insurance requirements, excluding personnel/employee insurance. • Handle FEMA-related and other banking compliances, including FLA and APR requirements.
