About this assignment

Assignment Terms: The selected team members will be responsible for: 1. Physical Verification of Overall Inventory * Conduct physical verification of the client's complete inventory as of the agreed audit date. 2. Book Stock vs Physical Stock Verification * Compare the physical inventory with the stock records/books maintained by the client. 3. Identification of Stock Mismatches * Identify discrepancies or mismatches between book stock and physically available stock. 4. Root Cause Analysis * Analyse the reasons behind identified stock mismatches. 5. Identify common root causes and factors contributing to inventory discrepancies. * Inventory Verification Across Multiple Locations * Physical verification will cover inventory available at: * Client's Main Warehouse * Engineering Warehouse * Client's Leased Warehouse * Quality Control Storage Area * Production Floor Preferred Candidate Profile: * Prior experience in Physical Verification / Stock Audit * Experience in inventory reconciliation * Ability to identify and analyse root causes of stock discrepancies * Comfortable working on Excel and laptop-based audit documentation * Available for immediate joining and deployment * Candidate must have laptop General Terms: A. Payment Terms: 1. Payment shall be made by Long Shot. Do not approach client for the payment. 2. Do not discuss and disclose fee with the client. 3. Fee will not be paid in case candidate leave or backout from the assignment before completion of the assignment. 4. If candidate is late by more than 30 minute than his fee can be reduced by 50%. 5. Inform Long Shot before completion of assignment regarding any change in planned mandays, travelling reimbursement etc. by client to claim additional payment. Long Shot will not be responsible for non payment of additional mandays or travelling reimbursement if not informed prior to completion of assignment. B. Other Terms: 1. Only local candidates can apply. 2. Normal working hour will be 9 until otherwise informed specifically. 3. Full details of the assignment shall be provided by client once you confirm the assignment. 4. Actual assignment date and duration may vary. 5. You cannot withdraw the assignment once training given or 1 day before assignment whichever is earlier. Else you will be blocked from Long Shot app for 6 months. 6. Dress code is Formal.
