Key Responsibilities * Lead forecasting, supply planning, budgeting, and inventory planning activities. * Drive Just-in-Time (JIT) procurement and ensure optimum inventory levels. * Develop and assess long-term procurement and supply chain plans. * Monitor demand, supply, inventory, and procurement requirements to ensure business continuity. * Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and process effectiveness. * Collaborate with procurement, production, finance, and other stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business requirements. * Manage supply chain risks and support strategic decision-making. Key Skills & Requirements * 4+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM). * Experience at Manager or above level. * Prior experience in the Chemicals industry is preferred. * Strong expertise in forecasting, planning, and budgeting. * Hands-on experience with JIT procurement and long-term supply planning. * Precious metal management experience will be an added advantage. * Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
