Key Responsibilities: Credit card sourcing, approval, and onboarding process; Compliance with credit policy, KYC, and regulatory guidelines; Credit limit assessment, enhancement, and monitoring; Card issuance, activation, renewal, and closure controls; Interest, fees, charges, and rewards computation accuracy; Delinquency management and collection practices; Chargeback, dispute resolution, and customer grievance handling; Fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and exception handling; MIS reporting, portfolio quality, and NPA identification (if applicable); internal accounts review, regulatory submissions Long Shot is a freelancing platform for finance professionals.
