About this assignment

Assignment Terms 1. Collect required documents from the borrower. 2. If any documents are missing, the borrower must inform the bank via email. 3. The auditor must notify us before leaving the premises. Post bank approval, the auditor can leave. 4. Verify stock as per the stock sheet provided by the borrower. 5. The verification method will be explained based on the industry type. 6. Take pictures of stock, auditor selfie, name board, office premises, working machinery, and employees. 7. Ensure all photos are taken using the GPS Map Camera app. General Terms: A. Payment Terms: 1. Payment shall be made by Long Shot. Do not approach client for the payment. 2. Do not discuss and disclose fee with the client. 3. Payment will be made by Long Shot within 7 days or next Sunday whichever is later from the date of confirmation of completion of assignment by client. 4. Fee will not be paid in case candidate leave or backout from the assignment before completion of the assignment. 5. A deduction of Rs. 500 will be made from the candidate’s fee if the candidate takes any leave during the assignment for any reason or fails to follow the formal dress code. 6. If candidate is late by more than 30 minute than his fee can be reduced by 50%. 7. Inform Long Shot before completion of assignment regarding any change in planned man days, travelling reimbursement etc. by client to claim additional payment. Long Shot will not be responsible for non payment of additional man days or travelling reimbursement if not informed prior to completion of assignment. 8. Candidate have to share all the documents and reports related to audit to the client before leaving the audit location. B. Other Terms: 1. Only local candidates can apply. 2. Normal working hour will be 9 until otherwise informed specifically. 3. ⁠The auditor must remain at the audit location until the audit report is formally signed off. Any audit assignment where the auditor leaves the location before completion and sign-off of the report shall be considered incomplete, and no audit fee shall be payable for such assignment. 4. Full details of the assignment shall be provided by client once you confirm the assignment. 5. Actual assignment date and duration may vary. 6. You cannot withdraw the assignment once training given or 1 day before assignment whichever is earlier. Else you will be blocked from Long Shot app for 6 months. 7. Dress code is Formal.
