Job Title: Finance & Operations Lead (Senior) Location: Kolkata Job Summary We are looking for a CA-qualified Finance & Operations Lead with a strong background in the FMCG industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing finance and operational functions, driving business performance, ensuring financial compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end finance and operations functions. - Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. - Oversee cash flow management and working capital planning. - Drive MIS reporting and business performance reviews. - Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors. - Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations. - Lead and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency.
