Team Leader Experience:- 2-4 years Salary: 13 LPA to 15 LPA Job Description • Lead a team of 5-6 interns, allocate tasks and review their work to ensure accuracy and timely completion. • Draft and file submissions for income tax assessments, appeals, rectifications, refunds and 12A/80G registrations. • Represent clients before tax authorities for assessment proceedings, appeal hearings, rectification matters and refund claims. • Ensure compliance with income tax laws, monitor tax updates and implement best practices for effective tax representation. • Coordinate with clients, legal counsels and tax officers to facilitate smooth resolution of tax matters. • Guide and mentor interns by providing technical training and ensuring quality control in drafting and representations. • Candidates must have entire articleship in the relevant profile or minimum 2-4 years of strong post qualification experience in the same domain. • We are specifically looking for candidates who can independently handle assignments from Day 1 and manage client interactions confidently.
