Senior Accountant Experience: 7-8 years Salary: Rs. 40-45k pm Junior Accountant Experience: 2+ years Salary: Rs. 20k pm Job Description for Senior Accountant: • Supervise Accounts team • Must be able to handle large clients • Hands on experience in GST & Compliances Common Job Description: •Proficient in Tally, handling complete accounting including purchase, sales, expenses, bank reconciliations up to finalization of books of accounts •Skilled in GST and TDS booking, including Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) on GST. •Experience in GST compliance, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation and filing. •Understanding of ITC utilization and reconciliation of GSTR-2A. •Strong understanding of TDS rates, preparation of TDS workings, and previous experience in TDS return filing. •Proficient in Excel, with knowledge of basic formulas. •Should have consistent work experience without long breaks in handling GST, TDS, and other accounting compliances. •Good communication skills and strong common sense to understand and execute tasks efficiently. •Experience in handling clients with a turnover of ₹5 crore or more is preferred. Preferred (Plus Points): •Experience with stock management in Tally. •Experience in E-Way Bill and E-Invoice generation. •Knowledge of cost centers in Tally. •Experience in GSTR-9 & 9C filing. •Knowledge of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP in Excel.
