Key Responsibilities Finance Operations Management • Manage and oversee day-to-day finance operations across business verticals. • Ensure smooth execution of accounting processes, payments, reconciliations, and reporting activities. • Monitor operational finance transactions and ensure adherence to internal controls and SOPs. • Coordinate with shared service teams, business teams, warehouses, procurement, and sales operations. Accounting & Financial Controls • Review accounting entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. • Monitor General Ledger (GL) scrutiny and monthly closure activities. • Ensure accuracy of revenue recognition, expense accounting, accruals, and provisions. • Strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and process compliance mechanisms. MIS & Reporting • Prepare and review periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and operational finance summaries. • Support management with variance analysis, profitability analysis, and business insights. • Track budget vs actual performance and highlight key financial observations. Vendor & Customer Management • Monitor vendor reconciliations and ensure timely closure of outstanding issues. • Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes. • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for operational finance matters. • Ensure timely collection tracking and receivable monitoring. Compliance & Audit Support • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, accounting policies, and statutory requirements. • Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and consultants during audits. • Support documentation and compliance reviews for finance and operational processes. Inventory & Operational Finance • Monitor inventory accounting and reconciliation processes. • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock verification and inventory controls. • Review inventory ageing, provisions, shrinkage, and operational variances. • Ensure proper accounting of returns, discounts, promotional schemes, and inventory adjustments. Process Improvement & Automation • Identify process gaps and recommend automation/improvement opportunities. • Drive SOP implementation and operational efficiency initiatives. • Work closely with ERP/system teams for finance process enhancements. • Support finance transformation and digitization initiatives. Else you will be blocked from Long Shot app for 6 months. 9.Do not backout or withdraw the assignment before completion of assignment. In such case long shot may hold the pending fee.
