About this assignment

Nature of Assignment: - Performing Related Party Transaction (RPT) reconciliations and ensuring matching of inter-company transactions and balances through regular centralized follow-up. - Preparation and posting of monthly elimination entries for consolidation purposes. - Preparation of standalone financial statements/accounts for subsidiaries and joint ventures. - Preparation and consolidation of Notes to Accounts at the consolidated financial statement level. - Handling Related Party disclosures under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI LODR at the consolidated level and uploading the same in the group reporting system. - Supporting and delivering various requirements of the Group Consolidation team apart from consolidated financial statements. - Acting as a backup resource to ensure continuity of operations in case of unavailability/incapacity of team members.
