Job Description – Accounts Executive-Site Operations Location: Sheva, Jaskhar, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400707 Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations at the site • Maintain accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping • Process invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities • Prepare reports and support monthly closing activities • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for financial documentation • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures • Support audit requirements and maintain proper records Preferred Experience: • 1–2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliations will be an advantage • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software • Good communication and coordination skills Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Engagement Period: Initial 6–7 months, extendable based on performance and business requirements Bonus: One Month Performance Bonus (subject to successful completion of assignment and performance evaluation Immediate joiners preferred Long Shot is a freelancing platform for finance professionals. Long Shot will not be responsible for non payment of additional mandays or travelling reimbursement if not informed prior to completion of assignment. 8.You cannot withdraw the assignment once training given or 1 day before assignment whichever is earlier. Else you will be blocked from Long Shot app for 6 months. 9.Do not backout or withdraw the assignment before completion of assignment. In such case long shot may hold the pending fee.
